00:16:02 She's Bob Hazen was at the Seminole County Courthouse when the man and his wife were sentenced to prison.

00:16:15 Didn't get the medical care and barely fed them.
00:16:19 They pleaded guilty here today, Kuda face more than 100 years in prison, but instead they got a fraction of that.
